About
Following the retirement of W P Williams' former craftsman, Alan Partridge has taken over the running of the company.
Alan was awarded a scholarship by the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust and has featured in a number of local and national press publications. Whilst speaking of the importance of continuing the craft of reed shallot making within the UK, Alan said:
These precision components can be found in great cathedral organs throughout the country, from Westminster Abbey to King's College, Cambridge. To maintain the unique tone of British organs, reed shallots must continue to be made in the traditional English way.
